A man and a woman are in police custody after a night of alleged attacks, robberies and sex acts in a north central Regina home Friday night.

Police say a man came into the station just before 10:30 p.m., claiming he was forcibly confined, assaulted and robbed after spending some time with a female sex trade worker. He told police once the sex act was done, a man suddenly appeared with a weapon, demanding money and an ATM card.

Officers went to check out a home in the 1100 block of McTavish Street that same night and witnessed something similar to what the man had described.

“Once outside and near the home, they witnessed a sex act between an adult female and an adult male was interrupted by a male emerging from another area of the home armed with a weapon,” said Staff Sgt. Corey Zaharuk.
