Saskatoon man named officer of the Order of Canada

James Dosman of Saskatoon has been named an officer of the Order of Canada.
Dosman, who is considered the “Father of Agricultural Medicine” in Canada, was honoured on Thursday for his efforts in agricultural health and safety.
He is currently the CEO of Agrivita Canada Incorporated, but is also a distinguished research chair in agriculture medicine at the University of Saskatchewan.
Dosman and others created the Agricultural Health and Safety Network in the province.
