Bone Chiller – The Latest Dramatic Production from St. Mary High School

Nov 20, 2010 | 10:29 AM

It’s that time of year again.  The snow has made an appearance, the leaves have disappeared from the trees and St. Mary Upstage Productions is presenting yet another fall play.  This year we are proud to produce Bone-Chiller!by Monk Ferris.

Bone-Chiller!  is a comedic murder mystery that will keep you guessing who the real killer is until all is revealed in the last act.  The premise of the story is that thirteen people have been gathered on Friday the 13th at the Travers mansion in New York for the reading of Josiah Travers’ will which is a wall chart rendered in the form of a rebus (part word, part drawing puzzle) that almost defies solution.  Instead of designating an heir, it offers the entire estate to anyone who can solve the will! The lights keep going out and people keep getting murdered. As an audience you will have a chance to untangle the puzzle faster than the hapless characters.  By the final act, revelations are exploding as surprise piles upon surprise and gasps alternate with howls of laughter.

If you love plays with plot twists and double-crosses than this play is for you.  Bone-Chiller!  runs from Wed. Nov 24th through to Sat. Nov 27th in the St. Mary High School Lecture Theatre.  Performances begin at 7:00pm.  Tickets can be purchased at the St. Mary High School office or at the door.

Adults-$10 and students $5.
