Saw used to free cars from accident

Power tools were used to remove a person from a car that collided with a truck at 15th Street and Fourth Avenue West at around noon.
There are no injuries, said Lyle Karasiuk director of public affairs for Parkland Ambulance.
paNow’s Nigel Maxwell says westbound traffic along 15th Street is blocked and the accident is causing traffic delays.
Westbound vehicles are being forced to turn onto Fourth Avenue West.
