Amber alert sentencing

The man at the center of an Amber Alert this summer has been sentenced.

Christopher Martin pleaded guilty to one charge of assault, other charges including unlawful confinement and assault of his daughter were dropped.

He'll spend another 77 days in prison followed by 18 months on probation .
