Figure skates worn by former NHL tough guy Kelly Chase sell for thousands

That's a valuable pair of figure skates!
The skates we're talking about were worn by former St. Louis Blues tough guy Kelly Chase on CBC's “Battle of the Blades.”
They were put up for auction Friday on this website. When the bidding closed at 6 p.m., the winning bid sat at $19,800.
That money will go to the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan.
Chase is paired with figure skater Kyoko Ina on “Battle of the Blades.” If they win the competition, the Children's Hospital Foundation will get $100,000.
