Black and grey smoke billowed into the sky northwest of Prince Albert Saturday morning as fire crews battled a massive house fire in the Rural Municipality of Buckland south of Highway 3 towards Shellbrook.

Buckland Fire and Rescue responded to the home on C. L. Marshall Road at around 8:30 a.m.

The home was completely destroyed.

The cause of the fire is not yet known, according to a spokesperson for the department.

No injuries were reported.
