Heather Bear, David Pratt win FSIN vice-chief elections

The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations announced the results of their second and fourth Vice-Chief elections today, with one re-election and a new face joining the executive.
The new face is David Pratt, of Muscowpetung, who won the second Vice-Chief position with 630 votes. In the fourth Vice-Chief position Heather Bear from Ochapowace was re-elected with 358 ballots.
The elections were part of FSIN’s 2017 election assembly, held at TCU Place in Saskatoon Oct. 25 and 26.
