Woman charged with assault, mischief

Two women were charged in connection with an assault this weekend, one being only 15-years-old.
Late saturday night, patrol was sent to Central Ave. in the downtown core on a weapons complaint. A man said he was assaulted by a woman with a knife who also slashed his tires. She was accompanied by another man and woman who were all known to the victim.
Officers located the three suspects on Central Ave. and arrested all three, however only the two women were charged.
A 34-year-old woman from Prince Albert is charged with multiple offences including committing an assault using a weapon, and committing mischief by willfully damaging property, a truck tire.
