City to proceed with downtown snow clearing

Jan 26, 2017 | 5:48 AM

The city of Prince Albert will begin the last of its snow removal, after this past week’s snow storm.

The downtown core will be plowed tonight, Jan. 26, starting at 10 p.m., expecting to be complete by Friday morning.

Heavy machinery will be operating between First Ave. W. to First Ave. E, from 15th St. north to River.

The city reminds businesses and homeowner owners it is their responsibility to clear sidewalks adjacent to their properties within 48 hours of a major snowfall.
