One pedestrian dead after driving incident in Fond-du-Lac

One woman is dead and another with injuries after being hit by a driver in Fond-du-Lac.
Delaine Lidguerre, 20, and a 24-year-old woman, both from Fond-du-Lac, were both walking when they were hit by a truck travelling the same direction at 9:15 a.m. Thursday.
Lidguerre was transported to the Fond-du-Lac Clinic where she was pronounced dead.
Korgan Mercredi, 18, was arrested at the scene and charged with one count of impaired driving causing death and one count of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
