BOBs party celebrates the best P.A. has to offer

It was a fun and glamorous red carpet evening for those who attended the Best of the Best (BOBs) Awards party at the Ches Leach Lounge on Wednesday night.

More then 300 people attended this year’s party ready to have some fun and celebrate this year’s BOBs winners. Similar to last year, the winners were the stars of the evening and they received a red carpet entrance upon arrival.

The evening’s festivities once again featured the best of what Prince Albert has to offer. Prince Albert’s Best Media Personalities hosted the event and Best DJ Maxwell Music and Best Band All Mighty Voice provided the music. The food was provided by none other than the city’s best restaurants and caterers including: Shananigan’s Coffee and Dessert Bar, The Spice Trail, Signature 22 Restaurant and Lounge and Dr. Java’s Coffee House.

Six BOBs winners were also given special recognition at the event they included: Best Favourite Female Athlete: Brittany Hudak

Best Favourite Male Athlete: Kohlton Parenteau

There were an astounding number of votes this year, with 400,000 being cast. The BOBs also attracted a whopping 80,000 new unique users to paNOW.com during this year’s nomination and voting stages. This was the second year for the Prince Albert BOBs awards and similar to last year, paNOW readers made it clear that they are passionate about the opportunity to recognize the best of what Prince Albert has to offer. It is anticipated the BOBs will continue to be something to look forward to on an annual basis.

The countdown now begins for next year.
