Lakes Estates an address to call home

Lake Estates on South Hill aims to provide Prince Albert home buyers with an address they are proud to call home, now or in the future.

It’s been two years since the Lakes Estates Development Project began in Prince Albert but today the project located on Lakeview Drive just off of 28th Street West is nearing the final stages of Phase 1.

The Lake Estates Development Project includes the: Lake Estates Residential Lots, the Lake Villas gated condominium and the Lakes Edge Condominium Building. The three projects combined evolve into a planned residential community that centers around a scenic man made lake and park that is also conveniently located close to the hospital, Alfred Jenkins field house, and 2nd Avenue shopping district of Prince Albert.

Lake Estates is a response to the growth that Prince Albert has experienced in the last number of years.”

The Lake Estates Residential Lots are already 100 percent sold however there are still selected Lake Villas and Lakes Edge Condominiums available for sale. The Lake Villas are an attached bungalow condominium styled home that provides the freedom of a home with the convenience of condo living. They are currently 65 percent sold but are still available at 1376 square feet for $399.900 plus GST or at 1670 square feet for $499.900 plus GST. A plus for those that purchase a Villa early, they may also get the opportunity to personalize their condo and choose their floor plan, flooring, paint, cabinets and lighting.

Lakes Edge Condominium is described as the “Evolution of Condominium Living” in Prince Albert as it incorporates so many standard features and amenities that in the past have not been available in this type of building in Prince Albert. Currently still under construction Lakes Edge Condominiums are already pre-selling starting at $284,900 plus GST with 50 percent sold so far.
