Dennis Ogrodnick – has lived in Ward 5 for the past 21 years. He has been an active volunteer and supporter of many different organizations and activities in Prince Albert.If re-elected, he said he would advocate for a second bridge, and work with the provincial government in making the regional hospital a reality. He pledged to continue to support Community Services, including the Rec Complex, and help build a strong tourism hub for the residents of Prince Albert.
Don Wood – has lived in the city for almost 20 years. He currently works for the Ministry of Environment in the Forest Services Branch, has an educational background in public administration, and has also worked for the city’s finance department. He said the city needs to find a way to make new additions [like the recreation centre, hospital and second bridge] work without over-burdening citizens. He told paNOW he’d like to find ways to help beautify the city to attract more people to come.
