Yvette Boyer
October 4, 1953 – October 29, 2025
Yvette passed away on October 29th, 2025 at her home at the age of 72. She is survived by her daughters Tracy (Len) Anseth, grandchildren Aleah (Terran), Aleksi (Kyra), Akeira, great-grandchildren (Tavyn, Aera); and Pam (Dave) Somers, grandchildren Mackenzie, Zackery; siblings Wilf (Bernice) Paulhus, Bev (Kent) Boehm; mother Florence Paulhus, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Yvette was most proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She followed them all and was their biggest fan, whether it be through sports, art, photography or up the slide on the playground.
Yvette loved Christmas most of all. She really was a big kid at heart and loved seeing everyone open gifts. Her house was always overflowing with her crafts and Santas.
Friends were a big part of her life. Her house always had coffee on, ready for a visit. She was also an active member in the Metis community and enjoyed her time at events. Yvette looked forward to Rider games, not for the football, but for the company.
Yvette worked many jobs throughout her life and spent much of her time travelling with Ron and his sports’ teams. She always looked forward to going on a trip.
Yvette was predeceased by her husband Ron Boyer, her father Julien Paulhus and her in-laws Joe and Evelyn Boyer.
At Yvette’s request, there will be no service. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Yvette’s may be directed to the Metis Locale (WR2) in Prince Albert. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Marc Blondeau of Kushneryk Funeral Service, Wakaw, SK, 306-233-4403.
