Wyatt Mayer
WYATT MAYER
It is with great sadness that the family of Wyatt Mayer announce his sudden passing after a short illness, with his family by his side on Saturday, July 2, 2011. Wyatt was born on April 16, 1961 in Regina, SK.
Wyatt is survived by his loving family: his wife of 26 years of marriage Sandy (nee Freychet); his son Brandon (Chrystal) and his twin grandsons Drayden and Jackson; his father Edgar Mayer and his mother Myrna Rotenburger; his siblings Kurt, Sheri, Miriam, Paul, Peter and Matthew.
At the age of 17 his passion for cars led him into the auto wrecking industry. He worked at various auto wrecking businesses throughout western Canada until 1997. With the encouragement of other local business owners he was able to successfully open his own. With his outgoing personality he couldn’t help but share the odd joke or story with his customers. Along with family and his pets his love of classic cars brought great joy to his life.
It is the family’s request that those wishing to place memorials may do so to the Canadian Liver Association or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2011 from River Park Memorial Chapel. Reverend Gary Schenk will officiate.
Family and friends may send email condolences to www.riverparkfuneral.ca. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Don Moriarty, Funeral Director
