William Mukli

MUKLI, William Joseph from Prince Albert, Sk. passed away in Saskatoon on June 10th, 2020 with his family by his side. Willie was born to Steve and Grace Mukli in Melfort, Sk. on July 5th,1954. Willie grew up in the Yellow Creek area working with his parents and little brother on the family farm. He loved the farm, especially working with the cattle. When his father, passed away, Willie and his mother sold the farm and moved to Prince Albert. Although away from the farm Willie still found a way to work with the animals he loved, getting himself a job at the Prince Albert Stockyard, working with livestock until he retired last year. Willie was a social butterfly. He loved to talk to everyone about anything. He always had a smile for you when he would see you, and many many stories to tell. Willie would get home and tell his mom they were going out for supper, then drive with her to Wakaw to eat at his favourite Chinese restaurant. He was helpful, generous and touched many lives. He will be greatly missed. Willie is survived by his Mother Grace Mukli, God Daughter Tracey Adams, as well as several Uncles, Aunts, multiple cousins and close friends. He was predeceased by his Father Steve Mukli, younger Brother Paul Mukli, as well as many Uncles, Aunts, and other family members. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on June 16th at 2:30pm at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church, Wakaw, SK. The Interment was held at St. Philip’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Little Moose District. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Marc Blondeau of Kushneryk Funeral Service Wakaw, SK.
