November 11, 1923 – August 29, 2016
It is with sadness that the family of William “Bill” Estabrooks a current resident of Carment Court announce his passing at the age of 92 years on August 29, 2016 at the Victoria Hospital due to heart failure. Bill was born on November 11, 1923 at Sackville, NB, yet spent the majority of his life employed in Prince Albert as a mechanic owning East End Service later being part of the Anderson Motors Team where he retired. Bill lived in Prince Albert as well as nine years in Candle Lake. He had a love of fishing and hunting there and other lakes, was a great joke teller was always captivating with a twinkle in his eye. He was predeceased by his wife Lola; sons-in-law Pete Swenson, Jerry Novotny; brother Stewart Estabrooks and a sister Myrtle. Bill will be forever remembered and his memory cherished by his three daughters Phylis Swenson & her sons Rory (Terry), Rod (Cindy) & Todd (Tonya), Gloria (John) Matusko & her sons Dwight, Daryl (Christine) & Calvine; Charlotte Novotny & her sons Allan (Bonnie), Darcy (Michelle) & Jamie (Roni); many great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; as well as a special friend Wanita Fowler and her family. A private family service will be held at Candle Lake Cemetery at a later date.
