Victor Edmond Beaulieu (July 19, 1935 – October 24, 2010) Victor passed away peacefully Sunday October 24, 2010 at Prince Albert Victoria Hospital surrounded by his family. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Dorothy; his daughter Sherry (Ron) Boyle of Kinistino and children Michael, David, Dustin and Amy; his daughter Trudy Larson of Prince Albert and children Colin and Julie; his daughter Tami (Dan) Shirley of Saskatoon and children Matthew and Connor; his son Ryan (Sheri) of Saskatoon and children Zachary and Alexander; his sister Francine Hill; his sisters-in-law Anne Beaulieu, Mary Bland and Marion Warbis; his brother-in-law Frank Warbis and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Gaston and Suzanne Beaulieu; his brother Albert Beaulieu; his brothers-in-law Ernie Hill, John Warbis, Stephen Bland and Clifford Warbis; and his sister-in-law Erva Warbis. Growing up on the family farm, Victor attended elementary school at Omand School, completing his secondary schooling in Yorkton and Prince Albert. In 1958 he married Dorothy Warbis and together they raised four children. He was a mixed farmer who enjoyed working his land, raising cattle, pigs and keeping horses. Being a true farmer, Victor got pleasure from checking crops as they grew over the summer and fall. In later years he appreciated spending time reading and bird-watching from the deck. Victor was a family man; he loved spending time with family and was often seen with either a grandchild on his lap or shadowing him on his excursions outside. After many years of focusing on the farm, Victor was starting to enjoy visiting with friends for coffee in the mornings, visiting with old school friends in the evenings, as well as leisurely brunches at Struthers Lake. Thank you to Dr. Elmer, Dr. Hoogerboord and the nursing and physio staff at the Victoria Hospital for their respectful and compassionate care of Victor. Thank you also to Dr. Fitzpatrick, Dr. Haghir, Dr. Tellez, Dr. Akbar, Dr. Hunter, Dr. Veselsky, Dr. Goubran and the nursing staff at the Saskatoon Royal University Hospital for their care and support to Victor and his family. Appreciation is also extended to relatives and friends for their support over the last few months. Thank you to Gray's Funeral Chapel for their guidance through the final arrangements with care and compassion. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Gray's Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with celebrant Reverend Father Travis Myrheim.
