Daniels, Vern Martin late of Prince Albert, passed away on September 9, 2012 in Prince Albert at the age of 48. Vern is survived by his children: Ryan Sugar (and mother Jocelyn Sugar), Anthony Waditaka (and mother Yvonne Waditaka), Roxanne Crain (and mother Lenora Crain), Vernadine and Jayson Charles (and mother Virginia Charles), Joseph Daniels (and mother Tina Gamble), and Daniel Settee (and mother Mary Lou Settee); his brothers: Richard (Lucille) Daniels, Cecil (Ethel) Daniels, Malcolm (Audrey) Daniels, Clayton (Loretta) Daniels and Orville Daniels; his sisters: Corrine Eyaphaise, Florence (Howard) Nayneecassum, Melinda Daniels, Carrie Badger; his sister-in-law: Marlene Daniels; his adopted mother and niece: Amanda and Jane (Johnny) Morris of Farmington, New Mexico, U.S.A; his adopted brothers: George (Selena), Saddleback and Gerry Saddleback of Hobbema, Alberta; and Draper Morningchild of Loon Lake; his adopted mushum: John Taylor of Portage La Prairie, Manitoba; his adopted sister: Lena Begay, Paige, Arizona, U.S.A; his special friend: Samantha Naytowhow; his aunts: Rose (Mike) Daniels, Rose Marie (Stan) Eyaphaise (God Mother); His uncles: William (Veronica) Duquette, Norbert (Clara) Duquette, Roland (Sherry) Duquette; His special nephew: Tadd Favel of Little Pine. Vern was predeceased by his father: Joe “Pohta” Daniels; his mother: Mary Jane Daniels; his big brother: Henry Daniels; his sisters: Pauline Pearl Badger and Myrna Lori Daniels; his brother: Nolan “Burger” Daniels; His grandparents: Joe (Florence) Duquette, Lucy Paypeewin Daniels, Edward & Emma Daniels; His granddaughter: Kienna Medicine Horse. A wake service will be commencing September 10, 2012 at the Sturgeon Lake Community Centre. A funeral service will be held on September 13, 2012 at Sturgeon Lake Community Centre at 11:00 AM.
