It is with sadness the family of Tyson Thomas McKenzie announce his passing on September 9, 2023, in Prince Albert, SK.

Tyson is survived by his loving family, his daughter, Jaime Rose (Mary); his son, Tyree Levi (Jazz); his step-daughter, Akira (Jazz); his parents, Mona (Kelly), Oliver Bear (Janice); his siblings, Tyrell Villeneuve, Peter Michel, Darian Daniels, Damian Bear, Trinity Bear, Tatiana Bear, Joshua Bear, Jakob Bear; his step-sisters, Ava, Zariah (Kelly); his nephew, Chase (Mom Sina); his grandparents, Hilda McKenzie, Sarah McKenzie, Diane and Arthur Bear; his aunts, Maggie, Sophie, Linda Erica, Amanda, Drucella, Alexis; his uncles, Norman, Bernard, Dave, Scotty, Bernard M., Arthur, David, Ian, Eric, Billy; as well as numerus cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

He was predeceased by his niece, Tynsleigh McKenzie (Sina); his best friend, Lucas Lafferty; his great-grandparents, Maggie and Thomas McKenzie, Alex and Mary Bear, Rhoda Bear, Emma Bear; his cousins, Dustin Morin, Delvin Morin.

The Wake Services for Tyson will be held at 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, September 17, 2023, and Monday, September 18, 2023, at the PA Exhibition Center, Exhibition Drive, Prince Albert, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at River Park Funeral Home, 301 River Street West, Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating.
