UPDATED WITH SERVICE INFORMATION
With broken hearts the family of Trevor Wilson Jr., sadly announce his passing on May 9, 2022, at the age of 32 years. Trevor was born on May 21, 1989, at the Holy Family Hospital in Prince Albert, SK. As a toddler he could be found wrapped around his Mom’s leg while she completed housework or made meals. He attended school at Prince Charles, WJ Berezowsky, Wesmore, King George and Carlton Collegiate. He enjoyed family get-togethers, especially spending time with his nieces and nephews. Trevor had a keen interest in small engine repair and working on vehicles. His love of the great outdoors led him to adventures in camping, fishing and the opportunity to enjoy star gazing and thunderstorms. He loved music and dancing and could never sit still for too long, choosing to walk around town where he most surely wore paths in the road. His little girls, Sierra and Aubrey, were the love of his life and he looked forward to his time with them in Saskatoon. Trevor never let his epilepsy deter him from living his life to the fullest.
Trevor is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Sierra and Aubrey Wilson; his mother, Laury Wilson (Travis Sterling); his father, Trevor Wilson (Shirley Bishop); his brothers, Shawn (Christina) Wilson and family, Trent (Brittney) Wilson and family, Tyrone Wilson (Tammy Dunn) and family, Brandon Wilson (Amanda Brown) and family, Brenton (Katrina) Wilson and family, and Ashton Holmes-Sterling; his sisters, Brandie Wilson (Colby Belcher) and family, and Keelin Holmes-Sterling; his grandmother, Virginia Hunt; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Trevor was predeceased by his grandmother, Veronica Wilson; his grandfathers, Gordon Wilson and Norman Holmes; and his uncle, Jody Holmes.
A Celebration of Trevor’s Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Little Red River Park. Please feel free to bring a lawn chair and join the family for refreshments following the service.
