Travis Williams

July 14, 1988, to January 25, 2025

In loving memory of Travis Larry Williams.

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Travis, who left us far to soon on January 25, 2025, at the age of 36 in Shellbrook, Sk.

Travis completed is grade 10 education in Shellbrook, and later in life obtained his GED.

From a young age he developed a passion for mechanics & plumbing.  As a teen he worked closely with a local neighbor doing basic mechanical work. This mentorship fostered his skills as a talented back yard mechanic. He also worked closely with a local plumber and had plans to work in one of these fields.

However, life took an unexpected turn in October 2004, when he was involved in a devastating car accident which resulted in many months in the university hospital and the loss of use to his left arm and a lifetime of seizures.

Despite these devastating challenges Travis was always there to lend a hand & crack a joke. He will be remembered by all who truly knew him by his smile & generous heart.

He was predeceased by his mother Glenda Williams, his grandfather Larry Williams, and numerous great grandparents, & other relatives.

He is survived by his beloved grandmother and caregiver Betsy Williams, his uncle Darcy Williams & wife Dianna, their children Kyle and Lia Williams and her children Brandon, Brooke & Dre. His great aunts, Allison Coleman, Gladys Sealander, and Sharon Woloshyn, Linda Kristofferson as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Travis will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

A celebration of life will be held on May 24, 2025 at the Shellbrook Legion Hall from 1:00PM to 3:00PM, there will be coffee, tea, dainties, and candy for the kids.

In lieu of tributes, donations may be made in memory of Travis to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation (1 – 345 third Ave South, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1M6).
