Theodore “Ted” Moltsan

1929 – 2019

Sadly, on July 17, 2019, Theodore “Ted” Karl Moltsan, late of Whispering Pine Place Care Home in Canwood, SK, passed away at the age of 89 years. Ted was raised on the farm in the Stump Lake District, and he attended school at Rabbit Bluff. He was employed at various jobs. Ted lived and worked in Ontario, Alberta and came back to Saskatchewan.

Ted is survived by his daughter, Nicole (David) and their children, Kirά (Ryan); Jessica (James) and their children, Daelan, James, and Rachel; Natasha; Samantha; and Amanda; his brothers Oscar (Liz); Alfred (Marian); his sister, Ruth; his sister-in-law, Marjory as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Ted was predeceased by his parents, Augusta and Karl; his brother Harold; his sister, Esther; and Nicole’s mother, Grace.

There will be a Memorial Service held for Ted on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at 1:00 pm from the Canwood Legion Hall with Delores Beaulac officiating. In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of Ted to either the Whispering Pine Place Activities Dept. / Canwood Legion Hall / or to the Stump Lake Cemetery.
