Terry Wilchowy
1963 – 2025
Terry Paul Wilchowy, late of St. Louis, SK, passed away at the age of 61 at Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK on March 20, 2025.
Terry was born in Prince Albert at the Holy Family Hospital on December 16, 1963, to Mike and Anne Wilchowy.
As a child, Terry was a fearless adventurer. He and his brothers were often found getting into youthful mischief. Occasionally swimming in the South Saskatchewan River, exploring in the bushes at the Wilchowy family farm, and picking mushrooms for his mom.
He brought his love of the farm into adulthood as he lent a helping hand doing numerous jobs on a few farms in the St. Louis area. This brought him to spend 29 years doing what he loved on Roger Begrand’s farm. You may have also spotted Terry along the ditches of Highway 2 or 11 picking bottles.
Terry also loved Clint Eastwood, the Three Stooges and Abott Costello movies.
Terry is survived by his mom, Anne Wilchowy, his sister Connie (Tim) Medinski and their children Raymond (Beaonca), Tara and Kady; his brother Alan Wilchowy, his brother Randy Wilchowy and his children Tyler (Shania), Riley, Kelsey, and Madison; his sister Shelly (Daryl) Zsombor and their child Shelby; his sister Tracy (Edward) Cullum and their children T-Jay and Michelle (Dylan) Procyshyn and their children Annaleigh and soon-to-be newborn, his aunt Carol Eschyschyn and aunt Yolande Wilchowy. He is also survived by his second family, Roger and Diane Begrand and their family, as well as numerous cousins.
Terry was predeceased by his dad, Mike Wilchowy, his grandparents Katie and Paul Eschyschyn, Nick and Ellen Wilchowy; his nephew Tyson Wilchowy, his cousin Natalia Wilchowy, and second cousin William Rattray; his uncles Wally Wilchowy, John Eschyschyn, Edward (Marie) Eschyschyn, his aunt Lillian (Ernie) Hafichuk.
