The family of Teresita Medina Tismo is saddened to announce her passing on April 8, 2025. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, auntie, and friend.
Funeral Visitation will be held at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 28th Street West, on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Visitation will continue on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a Funeral Prayer Vigil at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 1401 4th Avenue West, Prince Albert, SK.
Please wear white as it symbolizes purity and peace.
