Susan Elizabeth Charles was born on Friday, December 3, 1965, in La Ronge, SK, and passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016, in Stanley Mission, SK, at the age of 50 years. Susan is survived by her loving family, her daughter, Ellie A. Charles, her son, “David” Solomon Charles, her special grandson, Troy McLeod, her brothers, John I. Charles, Sol (Linda) Charles, Sam K. Charles and  Henry (Amanda) Charles, her sisters, Delia (Claude) Charles, Mabel Charles, Georgina (Lance) Charles and Annie (Kal) Charles, her uncles, Wilson “Dad” Charles, Murdock Charles, Thomas (Annie) Charles and Walter Roberts, her aunts, Theresa “Mom” McLeod and Sarah Ballantyne, her best friend, Jeannie Hardlotte (Bear), and her special sister-in-law, Linda A. Charles, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Paul J. and Alice J. (nee Roberts) Charles, her brothers, Tommy Charles and David Charles, her grandparents, Philip John and Ellen (nee McKenzie) Charles, Isiah Roberts and Annie (nee Sanderson) Roberts, and her nephews, Sol Jr., Paul, John and baby Anthony Charles, as well as numerous aunts and uncles. A wake service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Stanley Mission, SK. Susan’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Stanley Mission, SK, Reverend Richard Custer and Reverend Elias Ballantyne officiating. Interment to follow at Stanley Mission Cemetery.
