It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ryan Ronald Laliberte, late of Prince Albert, SK formerly of Cumberland House, SK on December 6^th, 2025, at the age of 41 years. Ryan was born in Prince Albert, SK on April 8^th, 1984, to Eileen Laliberte and Ronald Charles. Ryan will be lovingly remembered by his father Ronald Charles; his sisters Christina Laliberte, & Marlene Halkett; his brother Jason Laliberte; his aunties Gail (Ballantyne) Sanderson, Catherine Smith, & April Lavallee; his uncle Simeon Charles (Judge); his special cousin Lucy Betsy Bird & Family; his cousins Tim Olsen, David Olsen, Charles Olsen, Teresa Olsen, Mary Jane Ballantyne, Bernice Lena, & Gary George. Ryan was predeceased by his mother Eileen Laliberte; his sisters Shirley Laliberte, & Angela Laliberte; his grandparents; his dads Alpheus Charles & Lucy Charles; his moms: Rema Ballantyne & George Moses Ballantyne; his uncle’s Lesley, Stanley, & Maurice; his aunties Grace Naytowhow, Florence Henderson, & Sally Bear. A Wake Service will be commencing Thursday, December 11^th, 2025, at the St. Joseph Anglican Church in Montreal Lake First Nation, SK. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday December 13, 2025, at 11AM at the St Joseph Anglican Church in Montreal Lake First Nation, SK. The Officiant will be Reverand Harry Halkett and Reverand Deacon April Lavallee. The Honourary Pallbearers are Tyler Sanderson, Crystal Sanderson, Niel Sanderson, Gail Sanderson, Jason Laliberte, Christina Laliberte, Marlene Halkett, Jarvis Lavallee, Darleen Charles, Cindy Charles, Sabrina Ballantyne, Abby Ballantyne, Stacey Charles, Tim Olsen, David Olsen, Teresa Olsen, Mary Jane Ballantyne, Bernice Lena, Gary George and all those who shared in Ryan’s life. The Pallbearers are Maxine Seeseequis, Alphie Charles, Vendella Lavallee, Keifer Lavallee, Ronald Michael Charles, Lucy Bird, Robin Bird, Donovan Charles, Mallix Henderson, Kristain Bird, Kristopher Bird, Hezekiah Charles, Mozes Bird, Shane Bird, Delilah Smith-Bird, Conrad Smith-Bird, & Scott Bird. The Interment will take place at the Montreal Lake Cemetery in Montreal Lake First Nation, SK.
