MRS. RUTH L. BROOKS
Mrs. Ruth L. Brooks beloved wife of the late Mr. Floyd D. Brooks passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2013 in Victoria, BC at the age of 93. Celebration of Life was held on July 26, 2013. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 from St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 260 – 25 Street East by Father Roque Concepcion. Interment will take place in the South Hill Cemetery.
