Rose Martha Mooney (nee Bistritz) passed away peacefully at Dulcina Hospice in Calgary, Alberta. She was 95 years old. She leaves to mourn her daughter Carlene Neeve of Calgary, her son Blair (Laura) of Prince Albert, grandchildren Matthew (Sarah), Curtis (Jackie), Christine (Sunjeev), great grandchildren Taya and Kylie. She also leaves to mourn her two sisters Irma Dobson, Nora Jones, her two brothers Albert (Bernice) Bistritz, Leonard (Barbara) Bistritz, many nieces and nephews.

Rose was predeceased by her loving husband John in 2020 and brothers Robert and Victor.

The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to the staff of The Edgemont were Rose resided for 2 1/2 years. Thank you also to the staff on Unit 64 of the Foothills Hospital. A big thank you to everyone at Dulcina Hospice for your genuine kindness to our Mom as well as to us, her family.
