Ronald Noble Burrows
October 6, 1939 – May 16, 2026
It is with deep sadness that the family of Ronald Noble Burrows announces his peaceful passing on May 16, 2026, at the age of 86.
Ron’s life was defined by his passion for the skies. Those who knew him will remember his extensive career in aviation, which began with flying his Cessna 120 over the Royal Community Pasture to round up cattle. Over the decades his skills took him on many paths including charter passenger flights, transporting freight, and aerial firefighting. In his retirement, Ron continued his commitment to the skies and his community as a dedicated volunteer for CASARA (Civil Air Search and Rescue Association) in Prince Albert.
A man who preferred and thrived on the simple things in life, Ron lived fully and contentedly.
He was predeceased in death by his parents Garnet and Ethel of Leask; sister Lois; brother-in-law Terry; and nephew Steven.
He is survived by his son Kevin (Michelle); special nephew Wade (Connie); sisters Carol, Myrna (Joseph), Lenore (Wayne); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private celebration of Ron’s life and interment will be held at a later date.
