Ronald Kuiper

1954 – 2019

 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ronald Fergus Kuiper, late of Regina, SK, on Saturday, September 7, 2019, in Waskesiu, a place he loved. 

Ron will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Jeannette; children, Erin and Danielle; mother-in-law, Ruth Vogt; brother-in-law, Gerald Vogt and sister-in-law, Jill Heng; numerous nieces and nephews as well as by so many amazing family members and friends near and far.

Born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan in 1954, Ron was predeceased by his parents, Ethel (nee Fell) and George Kuiper; sister, Phyllis Hardy and brother-in-law, Eldon Hardy; and his father-in-law, Gerhard Vogt.

Our family would like to express sincere thanks for the wonderful care provided by Dr. Zarkovic and the staff at the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, the nursing staff of Unit 3B at the Pasqua Hospital, and we would especially like to thank the Palliative Home Care Services team.  Flowers most gratefully declined.  Friends and family so wishing may make memorial donations in Ron’s name to the Regina Palliative Home Care Services or to the Nursing Unit of 3B, Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK, S4T 1A5.  

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 9^, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Wascana Place, 2900 Wascana Drive, Regina, SK
