Ronald Karl Hintz

January 6, 1947 ~ February 13, 2020

We are saddened by the passing of Ronald Karl Hintz on February 13, 2020 in Prince Albert, SK.  Ronald was born on January 6, 1947 in Spiritwood, SK.  Ronald worked in construction until marrying Luba Crawford on January 1, 1991 and moving to Minowukaw Beach, Candle Lake for the remainder of his life.  He spent his years in Candle Lake outfitting and operating businesses in the tourist industry.

Ronald is predeceased by his wife Luba; his parents Walter and Katherine Hintz; his 2 brothers Clifford and Edwin; and his 2 sisters Tilly and Ruby.

Ronald is will be missed and lovingly remember by his brother Tom Hintz, stepson James Crawford (Annie), his nieces Rona (Brett) Tolley and Crystal (George) Gale, his nephew Grant (Connie) Gales and numerous relatives and special friends from Minowukaw Beach.

Please join us to celebrate the life of Ronald Karl Hintz at a come-and-go tea on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Ponderosa Pine Lodge, Candle Lake, SK from 12:00 -3: 00 p.m.  Ronald’s ashes will be buried next to his late wife, Luba, as per his wishes at a later date this summer.

The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and all who helped Ronald in his final days at ICU, Victoria Hospital.
