Roger Glenn VANDALE passed away on May 26, 2016 in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 69. He is survived by his companion Lana Mackonka; his children Kim (Peggy), Faye (Kevin Primeau), Cathy, Jack (Hayley), Jason and Pam; his stepson Carson; his 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; his brothers and sisters Edward (Christine) Vandale, Faye Vandale, Phillip (Nancy) Vandale and Joyce Rosati; his brother-in-law Julien Fiddler; his aunt Marie; as well as uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Norman and Alvina Vandale; his son Chuck Vandale; his brother and sister-in-law Gordon (Gertrude) Vandale; a brother and sister in infancy; his brother Lawrence “Tiny” Vandale; his sister Eunice (Barry) Robertson; his sister Ruth Fiddler; his brother-in-law Mike Mladjan; his 3 grandchildren Randy Vandale, Jayden Vandale and Jack Junior Vandale, his niece Terry Robertson and his nephews Garry Vandale, Adam Vandale and Jeff Vandale. Roger was born in Prince Albert, SK. He spent the last few years in Saskatoon, SK. Roger was a good dad, brother; grandpa, uncle and friend. Roger enjoyed being outdoors and loved being the chef making sure you were fed. Roger lived a life with a lot of love and family around. He was such a jokester and was very skilled in many ways. Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 with Celebrant Reverend Father Travis Myrheim. Both services will be held at St. Michael Roman Catholic Church,1505 – 13th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to Kinsmen TeleMiracle Foundation. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
