Robin James Hovdebo was born on Saturday, June 27, 1959, in Saskatoon, SK, and passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 57 years. Robin is survived by his loving family, his wife, Janet (nee Caisse) Hovdebo, his daughter, Vera Robyne Hovdebo, his step-children, Jeff Heimbecker, Lisette Henderson and Joshua Caisse, his mother, Ida Hovdebo, his brother, John (Cheryl) Hovdebo, his sisters, Barbara Gorley, Carol (Keith) Bjornstad and Ruth Hovdebo, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Dianne (Larry) Caisse, Ruby Caisse, Judy (Rene) Rediron, Lily (Ralph) Caisse, Brad (Patti) Caisse, Perry (Shelly) Caisse and Justine Roy, and his dog, Sunny, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his son, Robin Jr., his father, Neil Hovdebo, his grandparents, Nels and Tilly Hovdebo, and John and Mary McKay, and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Beatrice Caisse. A wake service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Kitsaki Hall in La Ronge, SK. Robin`s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at Kitsaki Hall in La Ronge, SK, Antoinette Lafleur officiating.
