Robert Nicholas Polowski was born October 25, 1949 in Regina, SK and passed away in Prince Albert, SK on March 8, 2020.

Robert is survived by his mother, Bernice; his son Brent (Susan) grandchildren Justin and Nathan; daughter Tamara (Russell Goebel) grandchildren Leah and Reagan; son Robert; daughter Danielle; his siblings Mary Lou (Ivan Blazic), Roger (Joyce), Ronald (Sheila), Wesley (Helen), Kelly Anne (Jerry Holt) and Caroline (Robert Dodds); his good friend and neighbor Jack Umpherville as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Robert is predeceased by his father Nicholas and his daughter Kirby.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of floral tributes, Memorial Donations may be made to Hoops For Hope, 1714 East Heights, Saskatoon, SK, S7J 3B9 in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada Northern Chapter.
