Robert “Bob” Jenkins, late of Prince Albert, SK, beloved husband of Patricia Jenkins, passed away on August 31, 2025.  Bob was born in Prince Albert to Percy and Dorothy Grimwood on October 4, 1938.  He was the 3rd child of 12.  Bob went to school till he was 15 years old, then went out to work.  Later he returned to earn his grade 12. Bob grew up at home with his mom and siblings on 7th St. East till he married the love of his life in 1964, Patricia Buchanan.  Bob worked as a mechanic up until his accident that changed his life’s path, that would then have him become an owner/operator of Bob’s Custom Water Hauling, which was in business for over 40 years.

Bob was known for his sense of humor, swimming and being involved in the community.  He enjoyed his business of water hauling and he also served as Chairman of Buckland Volunteer Fire Fighters, he spent time helping at the Heritage Bible Camp for several years, as well as helping with stock cars at the track. Bob loved caring for his three children and many foster children

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Patricia; children, Carolyn (Eric) Thunaes, Timothy (Christina) Jenkins, Patrick (Roxanne) Jenkins; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bob was predeceased by his parents; 3 brothers; and 1 sister.

Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Community Bible Church, 950 6 Ave E, Prince Albert, SK.  In lieu of other tributes donations in memory of Bob may be directed to the donor’s choice.
