On Sunday, November 29, 2015, Robert Marcel Arcand, late of Prince Albert, formerly of Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, passed away suddenly at the age of 74 years. Robert was born on February 5, 1941 on Muskeg Lake Cree Nation to George and Etta Arcand. There will be a Wake Service that commences for Robert at the Marcelin Community Hall starting at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2015. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 11:00 am from the Community Hall.  The interment will take place in the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Cemetery.
