The family of Randy Roy Ferris, late of Prince Albert, SK is sad to announce his peaceful passing on October 27^th, 2023, at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 63 years after a long battle with esophageal cancer. Randy was born in Galt Cambridge, ON, on September 26^th, 1960, to Kenneth and Norma Ferris.

Randy was a very loving, caring man with a big heart, and would help anyone he could! Randy loved remote-controlled airplanes, boating, camping, and just puttering around the house. After Randy acquired a brain injury, he continued living a very fulfilled life, was very active in the Acquired Brain Injury Group, and was well looked upon as a great friend.

Randy will be lovingly remembered by his wife Jessica Ferris (nee Bird); his stepsons Archie (Alexis) and their son Archie Jr. & Mathew; his sisters Jeannette Boyle (Mishel) and family, Evelyn Hagley & family, Sharon Smith & family, Jackie Hilker (Greg) & family; & his brother James Ferris & family; his mother-in-law Peggy (Scott); his sister-in-law Kyra; his brother-in-law Eagle Feather, Tristin, & Noah. As well as numerous family and friends.

Randy was predeceased by his belated wife Kerri Ferris (nee Sennar); his father Kenneth Ferris; his mother Norma Ferris (nee Thorburn); his brother Tom Ferris; his brother-in-law Gordon Smith; & his nephew Ryan Hilker. As well as numerous family and friends.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt THANKS to the Acquired Brain Injury group for their love, care, compassion, and support with the many different tasks they helped Randy and Jessica with., as well as the support of Nurses and Doctors in the hospitals where Randy stayed.
