In loving memory of Randy Gordon Stene. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Randy Gordon Stene of Blaine Lake, SK. on July 28, 2026, surrounded by the family he deeply cherished.

Randy was born on July 29, 1958, in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan, to Gordon and Audrey Stene. He grew up with a love for the outdoors and a passion for working with his hands. Randy enjoyed restoring old vehicles and was an active member of the Klassic Kruizers Kar Klub of Prince Albert and the Saskatoon Antique Car Club of Saskatoon.

He had a remarkable mechanical mind and was always the first person friends and family would call when they had a question about vehicles or needed help with repairs. He was generous with his knowledge and never hesitated to help someone in need.

Randy also had a passion for hunting and fishing. He really enjoyed going hunting and fishing with friends and family.

Randy treasured his family. He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife Irene and his three children Robert and his son Linden; Jennifer (Chase) and her children Cameron, and daughter Kensley, Devin Benjamin, and Ronan Hawkins; Shannon (Jeff) Mckenzie and their children Julie and Nola Mckenzie.

His family was the centre of his life, and he took deep pride in each of them.

He was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Audrey Stene; his sister Karen; and his cousin Garth.

Randy will be remembered for his kind heart, his love of classic vehicles, his appreciation for the outdoors and the many memories he created with family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 1:00PM at the Shellbrook Community Hall, Shellbrook, SK.

In lieu of tributes donations may be made in memory of Randy to the Rose Garden Hospice in Prince Albert Saskatchewan (500 – 38th Street West, Prince Albert, SK).
