Pauline Paskaruk
November 12, 1932 ~ January 18, 2024

Pauline Paskaruk (née Denesyk) passed away at Oliver Lodge Special Care Home in Saskatoon SK at the age of 91 years. She will be dearly missed by her children: Debra (Orman) Sibbald of Saskatoon SK and Richard (Rosalie) Paskaruk of Winfield BC; her grandchildren: Kerry Stacey of Saskatoon SK, Regan (Mike) Weiman of Warman SK, and Kylen Paskaruk of Winfield BC; her great-grandchild Cole Stacey (Kyra Pascall) of Brooks AB; and three great-great-grandchildren: Abbey & Jack Stacey (mother Alycia Timm) and Charles Stacey (mother Kyra Pascall). She is survived by her sister-in-law Geraldine Denesyk of Prince Albert SK.

She was predeceased by her husband Peter in March 2022, father John George Denesyk, mother Sally Denesyk (née Balan); siblings: step-brothers Nick and George; brothers Bill, Jim, Mike, Alex, Andrew; step-sister Isobel Hodgkiss and sister Mary Suchorab.

Pauline was born in Saskatchewan and grew up on the family farm in Samburg district. She was a farmer, gardener and cook, working many years at the Prince Albert Pulp Mill cafeteria. Pauline and her late husband attended the Orthodox Church in Samburg SK, and she and her husband (along with other congregants) were involved in the choir and in the care of the church and grounds. She will be fondly remembered for her concern and care for her husband and family, as well as for others.

The Memorial Service for Pauline will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at River Park Funeral Home, 301 River Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Interment to take place prior to the service. The family would like to thank the staff of Oliver Lodge for her care.
