Lavergne, Paul Gerard Rene (62)
Born Oct.11th, 1950 in Buckingham, Quebec.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Lavergne, on Sept. 7th, 2013 in St. Catharines, Ontario due to a painful battle with kidney cancer.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Danielle Lavergne, his sons Roch (Wendy) and Pierre (Crystal) ; his daughter Sylvie (Ted) and his 5 loving grandchildren Sydney, Logan, Clarissa, Carson and Carter. He was predeceased by his parents, Hector Lavergne (1917-1984) and Jeannette D’Aoust(1916-2008).
Paul loved life, loved to travel, and loved his family.
Paul worked in the papermaking industry for 44 years, a career in which he loved and was dedicated to, and accomplished many achievements during this time.
A celebration of life has already been held in Niagara Falls, Ontario on Sept. 13th, 2013, and the funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Prince Albert, Sask. on October 7th, 2013 at 2pm with Father Matthew officiating, followed by the interment at Memorial Gardens in Prince Albert.
