Paul Henry Arcand, age 53 years, passed away Monday, December 21, 2015 in Prince Albert, SK.  Paul was born Monday, November 26, 1962 in Big River, SK.  Wake Service was held at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22 at Charlie Halkett Memorial Hall, Hall Lake, SK.  His Funeral Service was held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23 at Charlie Halkett Memorial Hall, Hall Lake.   Officiant was Bishop Adam Halkett.  Paul is survived by his loving family: his son Steven Arcand and his three children; his mother Caroline Freda Ross; his step-father Jacob R. Ross; his sister Gloria Ross (Kenny Roberts); his brother Daniel (Kelly) Ross and their son Dillon; his nieces Jerralee Ross, Beverly Ross, Bernadine Ross, Alexis Severight; his nephews Joe Ross & Harry McKenzie; his aunts Sally Flora Ross & Isabella Halkett; numerous other cousins.  He was predeceased by: his father Harry Arcand; his grandfather John James Ross; his grandmother Rose Marie Ross; his brother Roderick James Ross; his uncle Douglas Ross; numerous other relatives.  Interment took place in  Hall Lake Cemetery.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of RIVER PARK MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Prince Albert, 306 764-2727, Donald M.
