Ovide will be dearly missed by his children: Jeremy “Teemok” (April), Jace “Tomone” (Pearl), Austin, Liam, Osemis, Tavia, Sharisa (Sissy), Samantha (Ralph) Nateweyes; his grandchildren: Ally Rose, Jayrese, Jeremy Jr., Aubree, Evelynn, Everlee, Ourson, Otto; all his Godchildren; his siblings: Myrtle (Martin), Vicki (Barney), Maggie, Alvina (Timothy Sr.), Jane (Leslie Morin), Cathy (Daniel Sr.), Caroline (Randy Bear), Maureen (Joey), Paul, Alex, George (Kathy); his nieces & nephews: too many to mention, they are all his little tee-not’s; his uncles: Gordon Bighetty, Clarence Bighetty, Mike Bighetty, Ron Bighetty, John Colomb; his aunties: Cecilia Morin, Florence Bear, Harriette Baker, Irene Bighetty, Pauline, Angie; numerous cousins, friends, and other relatives.

He was predeceased by his parents: John Louis & Josette Morin; his siblings: Gary Morin Sr., Christopher Morin, Margie Bear, Infant sisters; his German brother: Harey; his nephews: Robert, James, Grub, Frankie, Allen, Neil, Bunkers, Darnel, Johnathan; his nieces: Crystal, Sandy; his grandparents: Rapheal & Demoley Bear, Lydia Morin (nee Bighetty), Horace Morin; his aunts & uncles: Luke & Caroline Dumas, Harriette & Henry McCallum, Helena & JM Bear, Genevieve & Moise Bear, Phillip Bear Sr., Marie Rose; his cousin: Ralph Dumas.

The Prayer Service for Ovide will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at River Park Funeral Home, Prince Albert, SK, with Rev. Fr. DJ Vu officiating. The Wake Services will be held the evening of Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the residence of Nikita & Franklin Ballantyne, in Sandy Bay, SK; continued at 6:00 p.m., on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at the Garry Morin Memorial Hall, in Sandy Bay, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, December 12, 2022, at the Garry Morin Memorial Hall, in Sandy Bay, SK, with Fr. Heinner Paucar, OMI, officiating.
