Norman Philip Merasty was born on February 1, 1951 in Sandy Bay, SK and passed away on April 1, 2022 in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 71 years.

Norman is survived by his loving family, his sisters, Cecilia Ballantyne, Gloria Bird; his brother, Joseph Merasty and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Solomon & Nancy (Linklater) Merasty; his brother-in-law, Steve Ballantyne and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, & family friends.

The Prayer Service for Norman will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Interment will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Moise Bear Memorial Gardens, Pelican Narrows, SK with Father Heinner Paucar officiating.
