Norman Edward McKenzie was born on Sunday, January 29, 1950, in Nistowiak Falls, SK, and passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 70 years. Norman is survived by his loving family, his brothers, Allen (Helen) McKenzie, Oliver (Virginia) McKenzie; his sisters, Mary McKenzie, Annie McKenzie, Jean (Charlie) McKenzie; his godson, Malachi McKenzie; his goddaughter, Ashley Charles; his nephews, John, Clarence, Simeon, Daniel, Sheldon, Tristen, Mike, Darren, Reagan, Troy, Terry, Todd, Eli, Tristen B., Joe Stanley; his nieces, Sarah Jean, Joanne, Monique, Angel, Savanah, Stephanie, April, Janicia, Allison, Megan, April McK., Debra, Cynthia, Bailey, Laurie; numerous grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Cora (nee Ballantyne) & Stanley McKenzie; his grandparents that raised him, Benjamin & Amelia Ballantyne (nee Bear); his aunties, Elizabeth Cook, Mary Roberts, Nancy Charles, Francis Ballantyne, Maggie Charles; his uncle, Solomon Ballantyne; his stepmother, Rose McKenzie; 2 brothers and sisters in infancy; his brothers, Franklin McKenzie, Ronnie McKenzie, Ronson McKenzie. Private Wake and Funeral Services will be held with Norman, with interment to follow at Stanley Mission Cemetery.
