WORKMAN-Norma, late of Prince Albert, SK passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 24, 2011 in Prince Albert with family at her side. Mom had a short but fulfilling life. Mom was born in Prince Albert on September 24, 1962. She loved music, dancing and made wonderful memories with all those that knew her. Mom spent the last 27 years with two men that she cared for very deeply. The first 22 years with Ed Kurpinski, who helped her to raise her daughters, to the beautiful, strong women they have become today. The last 5 years with Gord Perlitz who was supportive and caring till her very last days. Mom leaves to mourn, her daughters, Leslie (Scott) and their children: Kiara, Cole and Cali; Jolene (Lyndon) and their children: Brandon and Mikayla; Shirley (Randall) and their children: Aiden and Jacob; her brothers, Joe, Ralph, Dave, Willy and Albert; her sisters, Carol, Debbie and Marlene; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will join in heaven, her father, Gordon; her mother, Dorothy; her brother, Daniel; her sisters-in-law, Julie; her niece, Rachel; her grandparents, Isaac and Mary-Anne Workman and Frank and Louise Stephens. We invite all to come celebrate her life with us on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 2:00 pm in Northern Funeral Service-MacKenzie Chapel, 130-9th Street East, Prince Albert with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. Tea and luncheon to follow at the East End Curling Rink.
