Margaret Klischuk

1937 – 2026

 

It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Klischuk of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, announces her peaceful passing on February 5, 2026.

Margaret was born on April 15, 1937, in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan. She married the love of her life, George Klischuk, in 1958, and they shared many wonderful years together until his passing in 2007. Together, Margaret and George raised three children — Shelley, Wendy, and Jason — who were the center of their lives.

A dedicated nurse, Margaret spent decades caring for others and generously supported George with his business whenever needed. She was hardworking, family oriented, and always put her loved ones first. She also had a deep love for flowers, often surrounding herself with their beauty in her home and garden. Margaret treasured summers at the lake, where she spent countless happy days with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and creating lasting memories. She enjoyed travelling with her family and siblings, creating cherished memories on their trips together.

Over the years, she had many pets, but her favourites were her Yorkies — Nicki, Kadi, and Kami — who brought her great joy and companionship.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents, James and Dorothy Manson; her husband, George; her brothers, Harold and James; and her sister, Catherine. She is survived by her sister, Donna; her children, Shelley, Wendy, and Jason; and will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Crystal, Ryan, Brittany, Courtney, Natasha, and Jaslynn; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Oliver, Bella and Andrew; Carter and Rhys; and Lainey. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

At Margaret’s request, a private family service will be held.
