Mona Elizabeth Walters
(January, 29, 1959 – October 13, 2011)

Mona was born on January 29, 1959 to the late Gilbert and Jessie Walters and passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK.

Mona’s education was started and finished in Prince Albert, SK. At the time of her passing, she was employed at Government Services. Mona’s life was her numerous nieces and nephews whom she was a big role model to and she will be lovingly remembered by her brother Ron (Tammy) & their children Erika & Tanner; her sister Carrie (Garry) Beckett & their children Brandon & Kelsey & Brandon’s daughter Charli; her sister Tammy & her son Christian; her sister Catherine (Mike) Finan & their daughter Jessica; her sister Darlene (Todd Sinclair) & their children Tori, Trey, Teagan & Brody and her brother Theran. Mona’s favorite pastimes were UFC, bird watching, fishing and listening to music.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with celebrant Val Bodnaryk. Interment will be held at South Hill Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 279 – 3rd Avenue N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8.
