It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Michael Brian Goertzen, late of Prince Albert, SK on December 11^th, 2023 at the age of 56 years. Michael was born on January 7^th, 1967 in La Ronge, SK to Bruce & Gladys Goertzen. Michael is lovingly remembered by his wife Gwen Daniels-Goertzen of Sturgeon Lake, SK; his children Kirstie Lauinger (Calvin) and their children Kaybree & Finn of Unity, SK; Sky Goertzen and her daughter Harper of Penticton, BC; Amber Goertzen and her son Bentley of Penticton, BC; & Vanessa (Connor) Farinha of Prince Albert, SK; his sister Jenn (Duncan) of Calgary AB; his brother John Goertzen of Calgary, AB; his aunt Margaret Carruthers of Prince Albert, SK; his in-laws Mike & Rose Daniels of Sturgeon Lake, SK;  his special cousin Eugene Lariviere of Pine House, SK; his extended biological family; his brothers Allan Misponas, Leonard Ratt, Harry Abel, Fabian Misponas, & Steven Mark; his sisters Christina, Virginia, Bonnie, & Chenielle. Michael was predeceased by his loving parents Bruce & Gladys (Carruthers) Goertzen. A Visitation Service will be held on December 14^th, 2023 at 1:00 PM at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK; A Funeral Service will be held on December 15^th, 2023 at 11:00 AM at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK.
